As a retired soldier I am aware of the potential for collateral civilian loss. This is a fear all soldiers have to address and attempt to reconcile But this is not collateral loss it is utter butchery and unacceptable by any standards If this does mot make you want to go rain down on this pervert with the righteous and awful hand of American doom, then you are not playing on my team.

    U.S. Tomahawk missiles have landed in the western area around Tripoli and Misrata, the American military official said.
